  • Slight uphill gradient from driveway (with parking for 2 cars) leading to 5 steps (with handrail to one side and sturdy fence on the other)to enclosed front porch area,fairly high step over front door threshold.
  • Ground floor - twin / double room with en-suite shower room, downstairs wc, and dining room all of level access.
  • Good colour contrast to walls and doorways with all bedrooms signed with raised numbers on doors.
  • Porch,downstairs, stairs and landings all lit 24 hrs, and afford guest access to the light switches, smaller corridors fitted with automatic timer switches.
  • All other bedrooms are on the first and second floor, accessed only via main staircase with handrail.
  • All rooms have remote control LCD freeview T.V's with subtitles and teletext , cordless kettles and showers.
  • Help with lugguage available.
  • Pick up/ drop off at local train station or bus stops available.
  • Assistance dogs welcome.
  • Special dietary requirements catered for with prior notification.
  • Shop mobility in Town.
  • Major mobile phone networks covered inside and outside premises.
  • Emergency exit via front door or fire escape at rear of building, all well signed and at the time of writing compliant with all neccessary requirements, should you feel you may need additiional assistance during an emergency let us know on booking and again on arrival.
  • We are constantly renewing and upgrading our property and welcome any suggestions on how to improve access, however we must stress that to get to the rooms upstairs requires some degree of mobility. The rooms on the first floor are accessed via a full staircase and a half staircase with a small landing area to separate them. Second floor are accessed via 2 further half flights, again with landing areas to separate.
